The Wildscreen Festival is the world’s leading international festival celebrating and advancing storytelling about the natural world. Held every two years, the Wildscreen Festival brings together the wildlife film, tv and photography community to transform the craft of natural world storytelling across platforms and across audiences. Through an unrivalled programme of events including workshops, masterclasses, screenings and sessions, it shares the inside track on emerging trends and is the most powerful platform for emerging talent to break into the industry. It is also the home of the illustrious Wildscreen Panda Awards or ‘Green Oscars’ honouring the most remarkable achievement in the craft of natural world filmmaking and storytelling.

The majority of events have a limited numbers of seats. Entrance is permitted on a first-come-first-served basis at the venue door. For particularly high-profile events, you may be asked to RSVP to secure your seat beforehand. Details will be sent to you in advance.
The programme include both industry events, which are included in the price of your day or week delegate pass, and public events that anyone is welcome to attend.
We're thrilled to announce that the Wildscreen Festival 2016 will open on Sunday 9 October with the European premiere of The Ivory Game.
This new Netflix Original documentary from Terra Mater Film Studios and Vulcan Productions, executive produced by Leonardo Di Caprio - is an epic documentary feature that goes undercover into the dark and sinister underbelly of ivory trafficking.
Join Terra Mater Factual Studios from 5:30pm for drinks before the screening starts at 6pm.
Adam Del Deo, Director, Original Documentary Programming atNetflix will introduce the screening and Walter Koehler, CEO of Terra Mater Film Studios and producer of the film, will lead a Q&A after the screening with Richard Ladkani, co-director and cinematographer.
This will be a popular event with a limited capacity and only open to delegates. If that's you, expect to receive an email invite on Monday 3 October. To guarantee your seat at this very special event, please RSVP immediately. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis according to the time the RSVPs are received.
As of 4 October there is no more availability for this event. If you have purchased a day or week ticket since 03 October, you will still receive an invite shortly after purchase and can then add yourself to the waitlist in case of cancellations.
